Do not waste your time even calling, We had our roof done by them, Biggest mistake we ever made. We now have to have another roofer do a total tear off and re-do the whole roof. Do not give them a dime upfront. We paid for all materials and now we have to buy them again. They ruined our gutters, left a gaping hole by the chimney, left nails and debris in flower beds and driveway, used old flashing instead of replacing it. Shingles are uneven, didn't use cap shingles to finish the job. We could have done it better ourselves..
