Review content:
The technicians, Jamal and Q, they were very professional,thorough and polite. I was calling around for carpet cleaners, everyone was in a 2 -3 days or week when they could come out. But Xtreme Clean came the next day, very punctual. I had to get to the home. When I arrived they were waiting on me. I am handicapped and can't get around too well. Everything they needed from me, they brought it to me too my vehicle. They told me about different types of services the company has to offer. Also, they gave me tips on how to keep the carpet clean, in between cleanings. The home the carpets were cleaned in is a home we rent out. Our home that we live in now, when it's time to have our carpet/tile cleaned Xtreme Carpet is who I will call. I don't know if I could request certain technicians. But if I could it would be Jamal and Q. Thank you Q and Jamal, for a job well done.
