Review content:
Overall, I would ask Noor Flooring back, but I would, from experience, have to watch them closely. I was at work while they installed the tile, and when I got home there was grout splashed up on the baseboard wall and some of the grout between the tiles wasn't smooth. I know my dog walked on the grout in some areas, and I was able to smooth those areas out, but they should have paid more attention to the kitchen and breakfast rooms. I have not been able to get the grout off of the baseboard, even though I have tried hard to clean it. Again, I would ask them back, but I would monitor them closely. The workers were respectful, and when I asked them to move a couple of tiles that weren't flush and even with the wall they did so without arguing, so they were professional in that manner. I plan on asking them to come back to redo my wood floors, but I'll take a day off work so I can offer some direction.
