Luminesse is wonderful. I had a lot of questions and nicole took the time to answer each one very thoroughly. She is experienced and knowledgable. I went somewher before & the laser was painful expensive & I didnt get great results. Luminesse has great prices & great deals. It is not painful (im a big baby) & I'm seeing results (ive had 3 sessions-w. the other laser place I was still shaving everyday). I travel from brooklyn & its well worth it. I wont go anywhere else!
