I have had A-1 Armor Construction clean my chimney a few times over the years and they always do a great job. About a year ago I had them install a new chimney cap. There were some problems with the cap staying on because I did not have a decent crown on which to install it. The owner felt bad about the fact I had problems with the cap coming off (it blew down and landed in my front yard) that he actually offered to re-build the crown for free. I was so blown away by his kind offer. To top it off, the offer to do this work was last fall, but needed to be completed in the spring when it got warm enough. This past Friday he called me out of the blue to have the work performed, and the next day the work was completed. I didn't even need to follow up or call them to make it happen. Unbeliveably wonderful company. I am so grateful - I am telling everyone I know about the stand-up way this whole thing was handled. Thank you so much to the company, the owner, and the man who did the work. You guys rock
