Review content:
Definitely a case of wishing I could give zero stars! We bought a house in the Palm Springs area and after moving in discovered that a window A/C unit and the evaporative cooler were non-functional. Called the home warranty company and they dispatched Quality Mechanical Professionals. And that's when the saga began. So far we've had outright lies, misdirection, incompetence, slow response, no response and a litany of other actions that give total lie to the name ""Quality"" and ""Professional"". Never, ever, ever use this company for anything more advanced than turning on a ceiling fan. Bottom line? We've been in the house for almost 6 weeks after placing the service call and we neither have the new A/C unit or the repaired evap cooler. And to make it more lovely the temperature here in the desert has been between 105 and 110 since moving in. I hate these people.
