Review content:
I went to the Print Center to get a job printed that I was told is easy and only takes a few days. The project was for a surprise birthday gift and I went with plenty of time to spare, according to their turnaround time and estimates. After the job got delayed over and over again, for two weeks, I was anxious. Nobody was returning my calls or emails and when I spoke with someone they were short, rude and un-helpful. Finally I went to pick the items up, and I almost cried. The project was SO ugly, and they had done everything I told them NOT to do... I even had written an itemized description of my exact specifications so there would be no mistake, which they must have not even looked at, completely disregarding color, paper stock and size. Then they wouldn't even offer a discount, or an apology. The man laughed at my reaction to the horrible printing, and said ""You don't like, then go!"" In later researching printers, I realized I could have done the same project for 1/3 of the price elsewhere. This place was such a bad experience, I hope everyone else reads this before they think twice about using their services.

Cons: Horrible customer service, rude people, BAD PRINTING JOB!!!
