Review content:
I completely agree with the other review...too bad you can't vote 0 stars. I went in for a new patient appointment, arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. After filling out the paper work I waited 30+ minutes and finally heard the very unprofessional staff behind the counter call my insurance to verify my benefits. No idea why it took so long as there was no one else being seen by the dentist or hygienists. While waiting I took note of how disgustingly dirty the office was. After finally being taken back I waited an additional 20 minutes before the dentist came into the room which has little to no privacy from other patients. Once ""acquainted"" I received the most painful, bloody cleaning I've ever received. After 20 minutes of agony the dentist told me everything looked great and they'd see me again in 6 months. NOT A CHANCE! As I stood up from my nightmare I glanced at the tray where chunks of my gums were sitting. I couldn't believe this place was still in business. The most amusing part about it is that on the ""entrance paperwork"" I was asked if I've ever had a bad experience at the dentist to which I answered no. Oh how I wish I could re-do that paperwork now. Save yourself the time, money and blood you'd lose going there and find a place that doesn't gross you out...
