Review content:
Not worth it even though I have sold with this shop 5x. Would have rated them a 3 star and tolerated the first two things: but today I observed a shop employee disregard a sellers questions and be downright rude. Pay poorly & reject things that I have seen in worse shape on their racks. Inconsistent buying policy. Do not take appointments, Always a wait. Always frazzled on how much they have to process. Then today a longtime employee (Cathy) actually told a seller ""I wish YOU PEOPLE would understand what it's like to stand on this side of the counter and process these clothes and answer the phones"" while she rolled her eyes at a lady (of another race) when asked how long it would take to process her things. Since this shop has no other means to get its merchandise, they should be respectful of their customers. I will work with Jack & Jill in Avondale Estates or Consign Kidz in Toco Hill, use ThreadUP, or even donate my goods instead of using Kid to Kid in Stone Mountain in the future.
