Businiess name:  Lake Bonanza Property Owners

Review content:
If you are considering purchasing a home in this neighborhood, just be FOREWARNED to do your homework. The stables are only for horse-owners, the air strip is only for plane owners, the tennis court is run down and dilapidated, the golf course has been closed down and locked up, the swimming pool is a green mess and closed down since July 4th, there are no parks or anyplace to enjoy anything with your family, none of the common areas or streets/corners are cut, trimmed or maintained in any way. There are old meth labs still standing, falling apart with holes in the roofs, walls and many other abandoned homes here. Take a drive through Lake Bonanza -- your property values will be in the toilet and the HOA will still expect you to pay.
