I have been doing bulk mail/drop shipments to this PO for the past 12 years. It used to be Gilbert was the only lazy liar but now that list's expanded. Several months ago the Claremont PO began being audited. This changed everything. They usually open @ 9am but do us a favor by getting there by 7:30am so that our newspapers can go out the same day. After weighing & documenting & processing everything the quickest I can now get to Upland is 8:15am. THe people on the floor constantly complain, run & hide, ignore me, are rude or won't even accept the drop shipment. After talking to Raul, he said any of them could take the bag. They had lied to me & said a supervisor had to take it. That they just didn't want to deal w/the paperwork or be held accountable & that he would talk to them about it. I've been doing this for months now & they still complain every single time. ""These are too late"", ""YOU would haver to bring these late"", ""These won't go out today"". This is the most chilish immature ghetto staff I've ever worked with. They know Iwhen I'm coming & why but they contiue to cry about it. We pay good money to you; now do your job!
