Review content:
This is a mom & pop company that I've had both a private and corporate account, and both ended unprofessionally with Dlux refusing to provide support (including paid support), or even acknowledge there was a problem after I personally troubleshooted all of our equipment. Problems include high latency, intermittent interference, and worst of all complete failure of the connection. We attempted to work with them in deference to the expensive equipment purchase involved; however ultimately when our service requests were refused, we simply said if you don't provide a professional response for service we will be forced to utilize a celluar broadband service instead, to which we were given the reply ""then why don't you."" For the same $50.00 a month, we will take the cellular wireless that can go anywhere, over this company's purely static line of sight connection. If you are even remotely considering this company DON'T! You'd be better off with mobile broadband.
