To my surprise, after requesting to cancel our service over 6 months ago, I find that we were being billed, and finally got them to stop this month. They get a 3 year contract, and when it expires, they renew it without asking, or notify you. Unethical, deceptive business practices in the highest degree. Don't believe me? Go to complaints.c o m and see for yourself. Class action pending. Stay away from these jerks. There are many other alarm companies to choose from. Consumer beware!
