Review content:
We have had great service for many years from 72 Degrees. When our oldest AC unit (probably 30 years old) went out on us a couple of years ago, they were right out to replace it for us. We got good advice from them and decided that a service agreement was the right thing to do. This year, when the ""newest"" (not very new) heat pump started giving us fits, we called 72 degrees and a technician came out, measured our house, recommended the right size unit to install and we had the work done. It wasn't long before we were cranking out the cool air once again! Our electric bill has gone way down with the regular servicing of our heat pumps, too.
The work crew that came out to install the new unit left virtually no messes inside or outside. Everyone was polite, friendly and knew their business well. The admin crew was likewise not only professional but so nice on the phone that I just had to go over and speak with many of them.
I recommend 72 degrees of Sanford to anyone in the area who needs a good company to work with.
