Review content:
I hate to rant against any business trying to do business in this anti-business city, but Kinkos takes the cake for substandard service in San Francisco. I am certain Kinkos was the inspiration for Dave Chappelle's rip on poorly trained, low grade labor. This store couldn't pack anything I requested, whether it was collateral material for an upcoming trade show or clothes for my visiting in-laws. I went to Kinkos because my company has an account there, but the service (or lack of) sent me to The UPS Store, where my parents were blown away by the service and value. Kinkos is still Kinkos and FedEx should have stayed away from this acquisition because you can't train monkeys to grill a steak. Pros: FedEx brand Cons: Service (if you call it that), lack of security, parking
