I went to Seito for the first time recently, it was a Saturday. All was going well, small nice place, quiet but the rolls were falling apart. The end of the meal the waiter tells me that he accidentally charged me $123 vs my $32. At the time I was fine not thinking of how long it would take for this charge to drop. It is now Wednesday and after speaking to a manager that lacks any customer service skills, I am left with unavailable funds and wasted like 10 minutes of my life speaking to a moron. You know what, I normally go to Dragon Fly, no lie the service is phenomenal and most times managers just pass by to see how all is going. I made the mistake of going to Seito but at least it just makes me appreciate the better food and great customer service at Dragon Fly. Drive the extra 5 min down the road and go to a place that if there is a problem, you won't feel like you are talking to a five year old and honestly the food is much better. Seito I thought your employees were just talking bad about their employer as most ppl do but now I realize they are absolutely right. Keep the $32 I gave you, it seems you need it much more than me. :)
