Do not do business with this company!
Unless of course you'd like to find yourself in this scenario:
3 years after closing a LLC, being PERSONALLY sued for $15,000 for an agreement entered into as an officer of the company for Internet services (that weren't even rendered as the company was closed) due to a clause in the contract for ""personal liability"".
When you sign a contract you are responsible for reading and understanding every word, yes, but don't assign me an account rep to ""help"" assess my company's needs, and make recommendations to sign a long term contract for better rates, when I've been clear that I'm not sure how much longer I can keep in business - failing to mention the ""personal liability"" clause.
Although legal, the fact that they even have it in there is very unusual and shady.
Not friendly for small-mid size businesses at the very least.
