I have used them twice and have NO complaints. I know there are some new faces and they were all helpful. I would recommend that you try them. I can't even tell anywhere that my car was hit and I love that they have been around and hopefully stay around since I have a lifetime warranty. Also In all of my estimates not one shop gave me a discount on my deductible except daves. I say GO TO DAVES---- and----- BE HAPPY
