Soooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed.. When travel plans arouse for this past Memorial Day holiday weekend, I did not hesitate to book my little Sammie at Fido Fido of Roswell. He???d been a few years prior and had a ball with their ???Crate-Free??? program. Plus it sets your mind at ease when you???re away knowing your pups are playing all day rather than to be stuffed in concrete cells and it???s definitely not the less expensive so you???d think you???re getting what you pay for but this time, I was beyond disappointed with his stay.. more so pissed. When it was time to pick my little man up, got him out of the car and saw his back legs buckle. I IMMEDIATELY called Fido Fido to ask what happen to him. I was placed on a brief hold and when the Manager on duty came to phone I was told .. ???Yea.. we noticed a limp yesterday, and um sometimes dogs go home with a limp due to playing hard..??? A few points, that is all well and good and somewhat expected for the pups to play hard, however if anything was observed pertaining to pups condition, I feel this is something that should have been mentioned at Check-out time. Upon further explanation, I found Sammie???s rear pads were completely raw and bleeding. I found this was due to heavy play on concrete. So point number 2, if anyone had bothered to look at him when the limp was noticed, it would have been ideal for him to then be crated to give his poor paws a rest. After 2-3 days of 2x a day cleaning, Neosporin, gaze bandages and baby socks Sammie is back to running jumping! This is place is just ok if you need a place for a day of Day Care, I???d avoid longer than 2-3days for overnight stays.. mark my words if your pup comes home hurt, don???t expect for them to be forthright.
