Okay I have been trying to put some muscle on for over 5 years, I had what I think was a pretty thin frame and wieghed only 160lbs. I went to gym after gym with no results. Today 3 months after I started at Sweeney's, I weigh over 180 lbs and its all muscle. Mike and his team of trainers have given me the confidence and body I always wanted. They even called me when I didn't show up one day just to make sure i was okay and not giving up. We train at least 3 days a week together and 3 days on my own. The training programs, supplements, and meal planner have taught me how to eat and how to be a healthier person altogether. If they can help me they can help anyone, I have even seen others lose incredible amounts of wieght while i've been here. Thank You Sweeney's Gym!
