I used to go here for all my shipping supplies and copies but I will be taking my business elsewhere after my experience today. The woman who owns this business was working today. I needed a UPS overnight envelope and pouch. She gave me an envelope and walk away. I asked for a pouch, and she said she didn't have one. I asked for a fedex pouch and was told they are only for Fedex. Ok, I can understand that, will you please tape the airbill to the UPS envelope. I was informed that the tape for sale was behind me. I got mad and left. I called when I got home to apologize for getting angry but I didn't think I explained myself well and was hung up on. I called back and explained that I buy all my tape, envelopes, boxes, etc from them and that Charlie wouldn't have minded giving my a little tape for my envelope. I was informed that she would be telling Charlie not to do that, this is her business and those are her supplies. She was out of UPS pouches and they were on order. I usually have my own supplies, but had run out also. As this is the case, I know UPS and FedEx supplies are free. When I realized that 2 pieces of tape meant more to this woman than my contined business, I told her I would just take my business somewhere else and for her to have a nice day.
