Review content:
""Mike"" must be the owner or someone working for the park because this place is h3ll. The rent goes up every year. You cannot park on the street, so you better only have 1 or 2 cars and not have to work around 2 schedules. However, they will selectively enforce this rule. If they like you, it's okay. If not, you better have your car in the driveway. The staff are RUDE and unfriendly. We were told out right that our yard is NOT our yard though we have to mow it or pay $50 for the park to mow a couple strips of grass! Once they told us if we didn't clean up the weeds the area they would charge us $200. The woman at the office is a snake and the old guy who does maintenance got up in my brother-in-law's face and screamed at him for having his car parked on the road. Then he went across the street and did the same thing to our neighbor. There is also a convicted sexual offender living in our park. You have to have good credit to be approved to live here, but it's okay if you have a criminal history of sexual abuse?! Yes, the park is manicured around the pond, but the ducks defecate in your yard. It's okay for them to do so in your yard though, just not your own dog. The manager SAYS there are coyotes running through the park as an excuse for the fact that dogs let out at night get into your garbage and tear it up all over your yard. Many of the residents smoke mary jane and Jenny Court smells like the inside of Cheech's and Chong's car. But let's not forget winter time whem they will plow the road and plow you into your driveway. Better buy a snow blower or a plow for yourself. Did I mention that Crestview Lakes is situated on an impasse and there is only one way out. That road happens to be surrounded by trees that the city of Florence doesn't seem to want to mess with. So during storm season be prepared to be stuck in this death park. In addition there is only one basement back here and you aren't allowed to use it if a tornado were to come through. They don't care how you feel about ANY of the policies and they make their own rules up on a daily basis and as they see fit to keep themselves out of trouble but to harrass the residents. I have lived here for over 5 years and never met the owner and I'm sure s/he doesn't give care that his bipolar and schizophrenic workers have harrassed and heckled the residents as long as s/he is getting paid. Personally, I can't wait to move out. Save your sanity! Crestview Lakes=Nazi Germany.
Pros: Not really any that I can think of
Cons: EVERYTHING
