I was very disgusted with how I was treated at this salon. It wasn't as much with how my hair turned out but how I was treated getting my hair cut! The woman who did my hair is Judy and I believe she is the store manager. I wasn't even done explaining how I wanted my hair and she was already scooting me out of the chair. She was so rough the whole time and barely spoke to me. She was focused on all the other workers around me. By the end I felt like my scalp was going to bleed. She was yanking and pulling on my hair the whole time. This woman is the store manager and this is how she is representing regis???! She needs to be terminated. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially when it cost 36 dollars for a trim. I do not recommend this salon!!
