This is one of the higher cost property managers, and for the money they still nickel and dime you to death. I would prefer to receive my rent buy a specific date, but that is not always thew case. And if/when a tenant is late, they do not enforce the late payment charge to the tenant. Also they never itemize repairs, nor do they contact youfor approval. They just charge it and you may not receive anything. And If a tenant renews their lease, they still charge youfor legal fees, even though an attorney never actually reviews and signs the lease. They are out there for the money and money alone.
