We have had two disasters in our home. And I mean BIG ones. First time we had a sewer explosion in our basement and our insurance company sent out Gertsen's. The company then had sent out young high school kids to deal with the mess and potential mold totally unprotected (not even gloves!) and we found the manner of the management to be very low class. We also felt we were be taken and that they had a firm relationship with our insurance company. All around a really rough and awful experience. But on to the good part...
The second issue we had was this year (2011) and it was a massive roof leak and serious mold situation on two levels of our home. It was a really stressful experience and we were loathe to deal with another Restoration Company. We did our homework this time and we were told about DryTech. Kevin, the manager came out and was classy, professional, comforting and calming. He explained every single aspect of the process in detail and spent as much time as we needed to sort it all out. A complete night and day difference! He had the patience of a saint in dealing with our insurance company and did everything to assure us this would go smoothly. He was simply WAY above and beyond anything we ever expected. We knew this would be a completely different experience for us. And it was.
He then sent out his field manager Brian who skillfully managed our entire restoration process. He was on top of each contractor, was a complete perfectionist about every single detail and was a total joy to have in our home. We actually miss these guys around here!
If you are looking for a restoration company that has class, professionalism, patience and a solid work ethic, look no further than DryTech. If you want to feel comfortable in your own home during your restoration and have your entire family including your pets treated with respect, this is the company for you. They completely helped turn around an unfortunate experience into a positive one by taking all of the stress out of this restoration.
