Saffire has been my favorite restaurant in Nashville since it moved into the Factory. We recently had dinner there and noticed things were not right from the beginning. The average bread showed up on a saucer. Previously you were offered a selection of breads with an amazing butter. We decided to go with appetizers & drinkers for dinner, but 2 out of 3 of our appetizers were VERY disappointing. I wish someone could tell me what happen. Did it change ownership? It seemed like corners were being cut. The wine list is not as robust and service was just average..Please say it's not so!!!
Pros: I love the interior
Cons: Eveything thing else was not right
