Businiess name:  Scotch 'n Sirloin

Review content:
My wife and I recently had a better than mediocre meal at the Scotch N Sirloin, although you can definitly do better elsewhere both on price and quality. What torqued me off is this: the two times we have been there this year we were overcharged for items we never ordered or received. Both times! Each overcharge was $7.00 to $8.00. Just small enough to hopefully not be noticed but large enough to add up to some serious dough if done consistantly to numerous customers. We eat out several times a week in lots of places and have encountered this little "mistake" a few times before. Never once has the mistake been in our favor (undercharged) Always the error favors the house. Coincidence?? I really suspect not. When I brought this to the manager's attention he was apologetic and seemed truly concerned. However, we don't need this kind of issue when trying to have a relaxing night out. With so many other excellent restaurants to choose from in the area we will skip the Scotch N Sirloin for forever with no tears shed.
