Approximately two years ago I met friends on three different occasions at Bacco's, and considering the amount of money we spent, I was extremely disappointed. Recently, however, customers coaxed me into returning, and there was absolutely no comparison between the earlier experiences. Each of the six courses we had were new discoveries in fine dining, and the staff was exceptionally well-versed in matching the dish with the vino. If you believed Takashi Yagihashi (now departed from Tribute) was the best thing to happen to Detroit eight years ago, you're going to love this place......
Pros: exceptional food, knowledgeable staff, vino priced right
