This office lied to me as a patient. The staff told me they took my insurance and were a participating provider when they were not now I have a $551 bill that is owed to them that has been applied to my deductable. I also had to wait an hour for lab work while I was there. I was very unhappy with this office for lying to me. I do not have a book or list of pp's for mu insurance I only have the offices' word and an online website which can be had to navigate. I depend upon the Dr's office's to tell me the truth when asked an important question like ""Do you participate with my insurance?"" I clearly did not get the correct answer for this office. I am unsure wheather this was because the person I spoke to was uninformed or just didn't really care.
Pros: the Dr does have a good personality/but curses in the room
Cons: staff either lies or is illinformed
