What I enjoy about the Napa Valley is that you can park inside and stay out of the cold for one dollar. The best thing about my visits is the service from the staff. From the moment you walk in the hostess greets you with a great smile and it is as if she has known your for forever. When you frequent the NAPA on a regular basis she greets you by name. That is something that is really special to me. The staff in general will do anyting to make your visit rememberable. I can remember once that our food came out and the chef came out right along with it. That does not happen very often at any other establishment that I dine at. I am over impressed with the restaurant as a whole. If you are seeking a pampered atmosphere this is the place to go. I plan on holding my next event at the Napa Valley Grill.
Pros: The people really go out of their way to serve you.
Cons: Don't go here if you don't enjoy being pampered.
