My wife and I love getting work done but finding an establishment that does great work at great prices is difficult. I'm not cheap either because we are firm believers in ""you get what you pay for"". But there are shops all over the DFW area that are in it for the money and not the art. I met Ernesto in '06 and at the time was unaware he was an artist (let alone the owner). We got into talking about tats and told him about a cover up that was way overdo. He took the time to recommend what would look good, what to stay away from, but never once mentioned his place. He recommended I shop around, find a comfortable place, and said good luck. McKinney is tiny compared to Dallas so eventually we crossed paths. The shop was clean and well kept with a nice steady flow of customers. The other artists are just as cool and the staff is great. The work he did was outstanding and I couldn't thank him enough. Plus what he charged me didn't justify his attitude and skills so he got a nice tip on top of that. It's 2010 and I've lost count on how many times my wife and I have dropped by. He's about 90% finished with her back piece and it is just about the best tat jobs I've ever seen. We couldn't be happier...
