Dr. Eigner may have a lot of experience but she has absolutely no people skills. I have to tell you I am not terribly impressed with her vet skills either. She misdiagnosed my cat ( not listening to me tell her I felt his condition was caused by a botched pprocedure done at her office) and cost me nearly 2,000 dollars in unnessisary treatment for the wrong ailment. When it was proven by Dr. Andeer that I was rigt all along, and my cat was dying from a botched dental cleaning done at that office they would not refund my money. On a regular basis this is the most expensive cat vet you can find. They charge double and often triple what another vet charges and they are deceptive about how much things will actually cost. I have never had a bill from them anywhere close to what they claim it will be going in.
Pros: That she works with Dr. Andeer who is a good vet
Cons: Too expensive, Not honest, Arrogent, Zero people skills
