Review content:
This place is pretty dreadful. It's hard to get through on the phone, and the front desk staff can often be quite rude. Those aren't the biggest problems, however, as they pale in comparison to the nastiness of the veterinarians themselves and to the exorbitant expense of all the tests and procedures they happily push on panicked pet owners. When our animals are sick, we trust our veterinarians to have their best interest at heart, under the assumption that all vets are animal lovers, and Dr. Milner drives home the point that this assumption is misguided. She is, in a word, heartless. I took my cat there a couple years ago, and, even though she has since died under the care of another vet, the experience with Dr. Milner remains one of the most upsetting experiences I ever hope to have with a healthcare professional. She's terrible. If you can afford how quickly the cost of care can skyrocket there, at least insist on seeing Dr. Andeer. With many cats of her own, some of them quite ill in their own right, she's the sole light in an otherwise dark place.
