Review content:
This place must be run by the biggest losers in town. I called and scheduled an appt to have my carpets clean. They did not show up... at all nor did I recieve a phone call. What I did get was an email the beginning of the next week saying they had car trouble. They also stated that they tried to call my number but could not get through on the day they were scheduled to clean. They said it was an 910 area code. I am a 919 area code. Knowing this was not the case I looked back on all the emails and all of them state my correct information. After recieving several petty emails from the owner's and their family members not so much apoligizing but making excuses I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND I SUGGEST YOU TAKE MY WORD ON IT. Otherwise you will have their super classy family (all of them) emailing you about their opinion on the matter, when the fact is they are unreliable
