Review content:
We hired Victor's concrete last Spring to put a stamped concrete overlay on our existing concrete. Within 5 months it was all bubbling and separating from the original concrete-- in talking to contractors since then we have learned that he did not know what he was doing. Victor never came back to resolve anything, and we were forced to work with his insurance company to get back half of our $10,000 that we paid for the work.
I don't know if he's still in business, but he doesn't deserve to be. Do not hire him! You will not be satisfied unless maybe it is very basic concrete slab work.
Pros: I am trying to think of one, but... nope.
Cons: Late, shoddy work, no attention to detail
