We used Share Realty to sell our home and were very pleased. Very professional service and very easy to work with. They always returned our calls promptly and answered all of our questions. They created a beautiful MLS listing and held two open houses for our home, and were able to help us get near our asking price from the sale. They are very hard working and effective. The best part is if you're selling your home they only charge a flat fee of $2,800, if you're buying a home they give you a 1% cash gift at closing. I would use them over and over again. I can't express how happy we were with thier service. Thanks a bunch Share Realty!
Pros: Wonderful to work with, low fees if you're selling, and cash gift if you're buying.
