So, I had a very unpleasant experience at Fife Auto Spa when I picked up my car and i noticed that my floor mats were SPRAY PAINTED. My car is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD and to clean my FLOOR MATS they decided to use SPRAY PAINT to keep them black. I guess I wouldnt have known but when my wife decided to put her white purse on the floor she noticed it was a stained black. Under further investigation I noticed that all of my mats have been painted. I dont understand how a ""Detail"" shop would use paint instead of basic cleaning. Not only do I feel that they essentially vandalized my car I paid quite a bit to have this service done. So all in all, my floor mats were WET and SPRAY PAINTED. I would never do business here again, STAY AWAY and go elsewhere. Go to a REAL SHOP in Seattle-It will be worth your time and could save you 200 on new floor mats. Also when you ask the Manager what he will do for you it goes unanswered.
