I could tell that Tim was a little nervous because he was a new agent but after about 10 minutes my wife and I knew we had made the right choice. It was obvious that Tim had excellent training and was very knowledgeable and motivated. Our home was our retirement and so very important to us. So to make along story short, Tim dealt with stubborn sellers (us) and deals that fell through (them) and when all was said and done we got what we needed and the buyers got a great home. What more can you ask for. My wife and I have recommended Tim to family and friends who were in search of a top notch agent. We know first hand that he has performed his job for them with the same great results and as a consummate professional just as he did for my wife and me. Thanks Tim
