Review content:
I know from both several dining experiences, as well as from speaking to employees that work at Texas Roadhouse that the facility is unsanitary and filthy. They have been caught on more then one occasion dropping the steaks on the ground, brushing the dirt off of them, slabbing some butter on the top of them, and serving them to guests. They are in the business of turning tables so quickly and pushing guests in and out of the door, so they don't take the time to really recook that entire steak. I have also found a cockroach in my chilli while eating there (ugh), and became aware that they roll their baked and sweet potatoes in bacon lard before serving them to the guests, even if you tell them you are vegetarian! I am so disgusted by this restaurant, and I have been told by previous employees that they are contacting the corporate office due to labor disputes as the general manager/owner by the name of Matt is not paying everyone fairly and has been accused of harrassing some of the female hostesses and servers. Overall, a place where the food will lead you into the hospital for a triple bypass, perhaps food poisoning, you will definitely feel sick, and know you are supporting an awful company that has come to Springfield! Boycot this awful place!!!!
