Great products at great prices. That is all. Forget installation. The owner is too laid back and doesn't appreciate your business. I had a navigation unit and 13 inch flip down monitor put in. The owner told me a couple of hours on both installs but of course it took longer. He acted like he didn't want me to wait on my vehicle. The flip had issues with some of the features working with the navigation but I didn't find that out until they pulled my car out and gave me the keys. The price kept on changing on the install also. In the end I over payed by 5 bucks because he didn't have change. I called today and asked if there were any deals on alarm systems and the owner simply said ""No."" Keep in mind that this is a project car that would bring more business to this company. He didn't know who I was so this is how he deals with all customers. I refuse to spend my hard earned cash where it's not appreciated. I know he has an alarm system with installation starting at $100 so to just say ""no"" shows he doesn't care about his customers. He also walks around with a big gun hanging out of his pants. There's another car audio place close by on Northwest and I-30. I'll go give them a try today. Service can't be any worse there.
