I had a top floor, vaulted ceiling apt.
Cons:
Parking is horrible, you are lucky if you get to park in front of your building on any given day.
Gutters were always clogged, in the whole year I was there. Landscape is unattractive, muddy areas in front of the buildings. Windows, heat/AC/water heater, and washer/dryer are not efficient at all, BGE was ridiculously high for avg. settings on the thermostat...even using energy bulbs where I could the whole year! Kitchen light is permanent (can't change) and doesn't illuminate the kitchen enough. Maintenance came in a couple times without leaving a note and would track mud from boots through my apartment , in front of my desk, etc. where it should not have been. I came home to find my main door unlocked a couple times as well.
Pros:
Maintenance was prompt and courteous with any issue otherwise.
Upon Move-in, the carpet was horrible and the racks in the closets had a nasty film on them. The kitchen floor had a huge rip through the vinyl. The counter tops were sliced up and a window sill was swollen and split from water leaking, one patio door was installed incorrectly causing a large air leak. I spoke to the General manager and he immediately took care of most of the items on my list. I was very impressed by that, however, he was the only one that made sure it was done right without any confusion.
Overall, I was not happy with my stay mainly due to the insecurity of my personal belongings and the electric bill. This is my own personal opinion and should not reflect directly on anyone else.
