Review content:
Our HVAC system was installed 9 years ago by another company and when the unit stopped working we called them back to fix it under warranty per their contract we had 10 years on parts. They had no intention of honoring that and estimated the repair to be $1100 !!! We called Roger and his service tech was there the next day and only found the issue to be a loose wire! We can't believe how this other contractor was going to rip us off blind. We are so grateful to Roger, Will and Ed for coming to our rescue and getting us heat again and for being so honest about the real problem being such a simple fix! Thank you CA ENERGY SERVICE!
