Stop at the bank first because they don't accept credit or debit cards. Then be ready to wait in line for at least 15 minutes if it's slow. If it's before a holiday or at lunch, the wait is going to be much longer. Bring a book. It's not that a lot of people go there. It's that the people that work there are ridiculously slow. Good luck calling ahead. If they answer you'll be put on hold immediately. Then they'll hang up on you and won't answer when you call back. Once you get your order, you can finally leave the line and go to the check out....to wait in line again. At the checkout you'll be greeted by (actually they won't greet you) a miserable young lady who must have left her personality on the curb. There is little to no parking and it's located in one of the seediest parts of the city. I do like their ground beef with bacon in it but it's not worth the hassle.
