I worked with this guy Rick who has been with the company for over 10 years...he may even own the company we didn't get into that. He was great, took me thought all the options, no pressure, and when I finally decided to use them, he sent someone to my home...and here's the important part....Everything went just as he said it would! I've had a few mortgages in my day and these guys were super!
Pros: Easy to contact...Honest, best rates
Cons: Never met the guy I talked too...kinda inpersonal from that point!
