Original service was quick and responsive to replace our failed drain field. Five years later when the drain field they installed failed, I got nothing but a run around and poor interpersonal skills mostly from the ""operator?"". The ""tech's"" came out twice in one year and both times I got a different excuse and I still had to pay the $175 septic tank drain fee. When I called for the third time in one year and asked for the owner I got the run around again with a very rude conversation from the operator. Not once did they ever apologize for the problem that I was experiencing or did they ever even offer a discount. Drain fields should last a minimum of like 20 years. I ended up calling someone else to redo my drain field. He found ""Chunks of tires"" instead of Septic rock. I can almost guarantee this ""substitute"" rock was the cause of the drain field failure. Never let anyone use rubber for your drainfield. I will never get all of the rubber out of my yard now.
