My husband went there under a recommendation to get our Expedition worked on. We decided to buy our part and just have them put the part in. While on the phone the receptionist was very polite and helpful to us when trying to get the repair done. Then today we go down there and she's very rude and demanding us to hurry up and get the part so the repairs can be done saying the car has been there for 3 days when it actually been there 2 days. We went there to get the old part so we can get a discount on the new part. They didn't have the part out so we can get the discount and she refused to give it to us until after the repairs.
