I just found out today at Downtown cafe, Live Oak, that I am not the only person addicted to their cookies! But the greatest draw for me is their coffee. No where else in this town can I get a late', cappucino, or other flavored coffee! Not only that, but they also have internet service! I have not used it because I do not have a laptop, but I see many people who do so.......What better way to enjoy your computer than having great coffee at your side! The proprietors are friendly and helpful, and eager to serve you. When they have time, they are excellent conversationalists as well. Such interesting people, and as are many people who go there are as well. They have all sorts of additives for your drink, and also serve great chicken salad and hot pastrami sandwiches. Also, there are many other meal items as well as tea and soft drinks. I've never see anyone disappointed!
