This is one of the best real estate appraisal companies in the area and the quality of their work is first rate. Jeff Enright is the primary commercial appraiser, and is one of the most personable, knowledgeable, and thorough appraisers I have ever known. I would highly recommend calling Jeff Enright for any commercial or residential appraisal assignments. Residential assignments are referred to John Anderson, a locally based (Belmont/San Mateo) certified residential appraiser from the area who has 18 years of appraisal experience for a wide variety of clients and appraisal purposes.
