It's close to my house so, I go when I'm craving some good organic produce. The sushi is pretty good as well. Overall the quality of product is really nice. The music however, drives me insane. Loud, frantic classical music in a busy store is no bueno. Turn it down people. The service is what really erked me though. It's hit and miss. Some of the staff are very responsive and don't look at you sideways when you have a ""different"" request. Some, however like the really tall and old guy at the pre-prepped salad bar area with the empanadas, etc... He realllly pissed me off. I asked for 1.2 to 1.3 lbs of an item. He stopped and asked me "" Well why would you say it like that?"" I said well what do you mean? He replied with "" Like 1.2 or 1.3 "" Then I said what does it matter, you get what I'm trying to tell you right? And then he shook his head, chuckled and smiled like a jackass. I'll give him one more chance. And also there have been times where I'll ask a question about a certain product and if they have tried it, etc... Then the usual reply is "" Nope"" and they walk away without asking a manager's opinion or any other way to find out how a certain product is. Just kind of annoying when it's high end food but not high end service. Luckily I used to work in fancy markets and I can fend for myself but still. I don't know EVERYTHING. Get some damn spunky and informative people on the floor for god sakes.
