I had them out in the summer of 2006. Their technician said there was a leak, but couldn't find it. For that sage advice, I paid $360. I was an idiot and had them come back to look again. This time, they found a leak in the same place they looked last time, ""fixed it"", and charged me $480. After ""fixing"" that leak, my AC wasn't working again this summer. I wised up and had a different company come out. They found a leak in approximately 10 minutes, and, guess what? It was in the same place as the Bedford Mechanical Tech looked and ""Fixed"".
Cons: Couldn't find or fix AC leaks, wouldn't honor work.
